Do you have a storefront?
Yes, we do! After operating as a strictly make-to-order bakery since 2002, we have now expanded into a storefront. So if you want to grab a cookie, cupcake, coffee, or other treat, please come on by, we’d love to see you! If you have a large order, we still do ask that you call ahead so we can make sure that we have what you’d like in stock.

What’s in your bakery case today?
Every day we have a different assortment of cookies, bars, cupcakes, and other goodies. If you’re looking for something in particular, please feel free to call us to check & see what we have today or to make a special request!

When are you open?
Our operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am-7pm, and Sunday, 12m-6pm.

What exactly does “make-to-order bakery” mean?
It means that we don’t make your order until you tell us to! While we do have a storefront area with an assortment of goodies, larger orders of our cookies, cakes, bars, and cupcakes are baked fresh to order for each and every customer. This is why we ask you to order no later than 1 p.m. for next day service – so that we can maintain the high quality and optimum freshness of your baked goods.

Where do I pick up my order?
All orders can be picked up at 8116 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048.

What time can I pick up my order?
Orders are available for pick up any time after noon, and before we close at 7pm (6pm on Sunday). If you need a different pick up time, please indicate that in the Special Instructions field.

Are you open on holidays?
We close for Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas and New Years. We are open with modified hours on Memorial Day – call for details.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we do! We deliver Monday through Saturday within 25 miles of our bakery. Sunday orders can be picked up at our store.

How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are based on mileage and range anywhere between $7.00 and $25.00. Our online ordering system automatically calculates the delivery fee for you.

What time will I receive my delivery?
Our delivery route is based on the orders for that day. Most deliveries arrive in the early to mid-afternoon hours. Typically the farther away you are from our bakery, the later it will arrive. If you need a specific window for your delivery, please indicate that in the Special Instructions field when you place your order. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

What if the gift recipient isn’t home?
If the gift recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will leave the gift in a safe place (i.e. on the doorstep). If our driver is unable to access the door to leave the gift (i.e. locked apartment building, closed office building, etc), or if it is a hot enough day that the integrity of the contents will be compromised, the gift will be returned to the bakery, pending redelivery the next day. Additional delivery fees will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order whenever possible. Since we do make each and every order just for you, please make changes to your order no later than 1pm the day before your event. In the event of a change or cancellation after this time, your order will have already been worked into our production schedule, and a cancellation/change fee of 50% may apply. Changes to any orders over $200 will incur a larger percentage cancellation fee.

What do I put under special instructions?
Please use this field to provide us with additional information such as: cake message, frosting color, delivery instructions etc.

Do you provide same-day delivery in the Los Angeles area?
Our cookies, bars, cakes and cupcakes are baked to order for you, so we ask that you try to order by 1pm for next-day delivery. However, if you find yourself in a baked good “emergency”, please feel free to call us or stop by – we may have what you need in our bakery case! A rush fee of $10 may apply for same-day deliveries.

Do you deliver outside the Los Angeles area?
Yes, Cookie Casa Bakery provides nationwide shipping of our cookies and bars! To guarantee that our product arrives in perfect condition, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Cupcakes, cakes, sandwich cookies, and anything temperature-sensitive cannot be shipped.

How do I place a shipping order?
If you’d like to ship any of our products, please call us at (310) 922-6396, and we’ll be happy to take your order over the phone.

If shipping, how soon will my order go out?
Orders placed by 1p.m. Monday or Tuesday will ship the following business day. Any orders placed Wednesday* through Sunday will go out the following Monday. This guarantees that our cookies are as fresh as possible.

*with the exception of Overnight shipping for orders placed on Wednesday

What is the shelf-life of your product?
Cookie Casa Bakery does not use any preservatives. As with all high-quality baked goods, our product is best eaten the same day. However, they are perfectly delectable and tasty two days later (and our bars, brownies, cupcakes and cakes stay moist for 3-5 days).

Do you use nuts in your products?
Yes, some of our cookies, bars, cupcakes and cakes contain nuts. However, since we use nuts in our kitchen, it is possible that all of our products have trace amounts of nuts.
